Top Lifestyle Tips RosaceaFor Rosacea Awareness Month, April 2020, we would like to feature your Top Lifestyle Tips to Limit Rosacea Flare-ups.

Every day, you take steps to avoid the flushing, hot, bumpy skin and other embarrassing symptoms that result from a rosacea flare-up. Sharing how you do it will be of great interest and benefit to the many Canadians with rosacea-prone skin.

Tips can be about anything related to your lifestyle – exercise, food, drink, coping with the weather outside or indoor hot places, stresstop rosacea lifestyle tips, anxiety or managing skin care (please do not use product names or promote brands; use a generic term such as “a cleanser”).

There is an added incentive for you – 10 x $100 cash prizes for the top 10 tips shared. Many of your tips will be published here. So let’s hear from you!

How to send us your Tips:

Then answer these 2 questions:

1. What was the problem in your everyday life that was causing your rosacea to flare-up and how did it affect you?

2. How did you overcome it and how are things better for you?

Entry deadline: Entries should be sent in by March 24, 2020. Winners (10 x $100) of Top 10 tips will be notified by email by April 3, 2020. Winning entries selected by our Medical Committee. Open to Canadian residents only. Must be over 18 to participate.
